Personalize your team’s warm-up shirts with a clean, collegiate-style design featuring Last Name (in caps), Jersey Number (up to two digits), and Graduation Year (yyyy format)-optional, all in your club’s matching colors. The design is applied directly to each team-provided shirt for a professional, durable finish.
TEAM DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure smooth processing, each team must collectively gather all clean warm-up shirts, and place them in a box and mail it to our location. Each individual shirt must also be clearly labeled with the player’s last name and jersey number to avoid any mix-ups. Please include inside your box, a list of your players and the point of contact information.
PERSONALIZATION: In the personalization box, please include your player’s last name, jersey number, and class year in the following format: UMPIERRE 17 2026. If you are a team parent placing an order for the entire team, please list all players’ information separated by a comma. Examples: UMPIERRE 17 2026, LOPEZ 20 2026, GOMEZ 5 2027.
COLLEGE-COMMITTED PLAYERS: Players who have already committed to a college program may add their athletic school logo for an additional fee.
This service can also be purchased later in the season for players who commit mid-year and would like to add their college logo at that time.
If you choose the logo only, it will be provided as a transfer for a DIY application or with the application service if you would like us to apply the logo for you. If choosing this option, the shirt must be submitted and clearly marked with your order number so we can match it with our records. Drop-off instructions are the same as for full warm-up shirt personalization.
ORDER FULFILLMENT: Personalization will begin once all team orders and shirts have been received.
* Team orders: Please select your desired shipping option at checkout.
* Individual orders: You may choose to have your player’s finished jersey shipped directly to you, or coordinate with your team parent for pickup. If multiple parents are placing individual orders, we ask that one parent take responsibility for placing the order with shipping to avoid confusion, while the others can select "pick up".
