Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with LikiDesigns! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Exchanges Only – No Returns

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges on eligible, non-custom items.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable
  • You must provide proof of purchase

💰 Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange credit
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit—use a trackable shipping method

❌ Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale after 48 hours of purchase.
You may request changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, your item goes into production and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned.

🌍 EU & UK Customer Rights (Legal Notice)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, customers typically have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items made to your specifications

We comply fully with these regulations. If your order is custom-made, it is considered final after 48 hours of order being placed, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos. We will investigate and offer a replacement or other resolution at no cost to you.
