🎟️ Registration & Ticket Policy
All workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. We are unable to offer credits for missed classes.
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to someone else. Kindly provide us with the new guest’s information prior to the event so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Pre-registration is required for all workshops, as materials are prepared in advance for each participant.
⏰ Arrival & Check-In
We kindly ask that all guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time. This allows you to check in, find your seat, put on your apron, and settle in comfortably (and even snap a few pictures ✨).
Late arrivals are welcome; however, to ensure the best experience for you and the group, we encourage arriving on time as instruction will begin promptly.
🪑 Seating
Seating is not reserved. However, groups of 4 or more tickets purchased in a single transaction will be seated together whenever possible.
🍷 Food & Drinks
We do not sell food or beverages, but you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the workshop.
Select workshops may include a complimentary glass of wine and light bites, which will be clearly noted in the event description.
📍 Location & Parking
Our workshops are hosted in Windermere. Guests must enter through the Maguire Rd entrance and present a valid ID to the guard at the gate.
For parking, we kindly ask that you park on one side of the street only and avoid blocking any driveways. Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth and respectful environment for everyone.
🚫 Project Policy
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, project sharing is not allowed. Each guest must have their own ticket and project.
🌦️ Cancellations & Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, a backup date will be offered. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided.
Workshops require a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled due to low enrollment. In that case, all registered guests will be notified and fully refunded.
For private events:
• Minimum of 8 guests for workshops hosted at our location.
• Minimum of 10 guests for workshops hosted at your location.
🧹 Clean-Up
No need to worry about the mess—that’s our job. You focus on creating, enjoying, and celebrating… we’ll handle the aftermath.
⚠️ Safety Waiver
By registering for and attending a LikiDesigns workshop, participants acknowledge and accept that crafting activities may involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment that require careful handling.
By attending, you agree to the following:
• You voluntarily participate in the workshop and assume any risks associated with the use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop.
• You release and hold harmless LikiDesigns, LLC from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation.
For safety reasons:
• Participants should use tools responsibly and as instructed.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
LikiDesigns, LLC reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone not following safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
