On our personalized 12 oz high-quality dishwasher-safe wine glass, your text or logo is permanently etched into the glass. This timeless design won’t fade or peel, making it perfect for special occasions, gifts, or everyday use.
* To take advantage of our bulk pricing, please first select your style then choose a Quantity Discount Tier (this represents the pricing range, not your exact quantity), and finally select the exact number of wine glasses you need within that range. Following these steps ensures you automatically receive the correct discount and helps us process your order smoothly.
PERSONALIZATION: After approval, please upload your image/logo file. If the selected style is Text or Logo + Text, please enter the text in the personalization box, otherwise, just write "none". Please note that there is a character limit for each personalization option.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PRODUCTION TIME: All items are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping based on quantity. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: Due to the personalized nature of this item, all sales are final after 48 hours of placing the order. You may contact us within the first 48 hours for a change or cancellation request. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned.

SHIPPING NOTICE: Orders of 49+ glasses ship in multiple boxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and invoiced after purchase. Please contact us prior to ordering for an exact shipping quote.
NOTE: Orders that include images or logos require prior approval. Kindly message us before placing your order so we can confirm the design can be successfully digitized. Orders placed without approval may be canceled if the image/logo is too intricate.
For optimal results, we recommend using a high-quality image file that is a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC. To ensure your custom creation looks its best, your file should also meet minimum resolution (1800x1800 pixeles), DPI (should be between 180-300 dots per inch) and file size requirements (must be between 2MB and 50MB).
