***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

PRODUCTION TIME: All jumbo balloons are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for production before pickup or delivery arrangements. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Latex balloons are sensitive to temperature, sunlight, and environmental conditions. For best results, keep your balloon indoors in a cool, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, air conditioning vents, ceiling fans, sharp objects, and rough surfaces. Avoid excessive handling, rubbing, or pressing the balloon, as this may cause damage or premature deflation. Outdoor use, especially in hot, humid, or windy conditions, may significantly reduce the balloon's lifespan. For helium-filled balloons, typical indoor float time is approximately 8–12 hours, although actual float time may vary depending on environmental conditions and handling. For air-filled balloons, float time does not apply; however, proper indoor placement and careful handling will help maintain their appearance for longer.
PRODUCT SAFETY: Latex balloons are not toys and should be handled with care. Uninflated or broken balloons can pose a choking hazard, particularly to young children. Keep uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces out of reach of children. Adult supervision is recommended at all times. Discard broken balloons immediately. Keep balloon strings away from children's necks to prevent entanglement or strangulation. Do not release balloons outdoors. Latex balloons may also cause allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivities.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: Due to the personalized nature of this item, all sales are final after 24 hours of placing the order. You may contact us within the first 24 hours for a change or cancellation request. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy section.
NOTE: This listing is for one approximately 30-inch personalized latex jumbo balloon. Customers may choose between a helium-filled option, which includes a coordinating satin ribbon and balloon weight, or an air-filled option, which is mounted on a decorative base. Personalization and optional add-ons are subject to the selections available when placing your order. Float times are estimates and are not guaranteed for helium-filled balloons. Actual appearance and longevity may vary depending on handling and environmental conditions.
