You can choose between a classic Memorial Photo Pin or a more traditional Memorial Photo Ribbon Pin. For ribbon-style memorial pins, customers may choose a one-color, two-color, three-color, or specialty ribbon combination. We will carefully choose the ribbon styles and textures from our available inventory to create a beautiful and balanced design. 

Each memorial pin is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and designed to be cherished during meaningful moments such as celebration of life ceremonies, memorial services, funeral gatherings, graveside services, or as a personal keepsake to honor someone special.

To order, simply select your preferred pin style, upload your loved one’s photo, and provide the name and dates you would like included. Each piece is created with care in our studio to help you preserve a precious memory and keep your loved one’s presence close.

PERSONALIZATION
Each pin is customized with your loved one’s favorite photo, featuring the heartfelt message “In Loving Memory” at the top, their name at the bottom, and their sunrise and sunset dates as a lasting remembrance. Please enter this information in the personalization box separated by "/", following the format: Name/Last Name/Sunrise Date/Sunset Date.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
PRODUCTION TIME: All items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: Due to the personalized nature of this item, all sales are final after 48 hours of placing the order. You may contact us within the first 48 hours for a change or cancellation request. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned.

RUSH PRODUCTION ORDERS: If you select Rush Production, your order is prioritized and may begin processing immediately. Because materials and production time are committed as soon as the order is received, the 48-hour cancellation window does not apply. Rush orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If a cancellation is approved at our discretion before production begins, a restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: For optimal printing, we recommend using a high-quality image file that is a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC. To ensure your custom creation looks its best, your file should also meet minimum resolution (1800x1800 pixeles), DPI (should be between 180-300 dots per inch) and file size requirements (must be between 2MB and 50MB).
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of our pin buttons may differ slightly from the picture. Overall look will stay the same.
