***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

PRODUCTION TIME: All balloon bouquets are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before pickup or delivery arrangements. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Helium-filled latex balloons are sensitive to temperature, sunlight, and environmental conditions. For best results, keep your bouquet indoors in a cool, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, sharp objects, and rough surfaces. Avoid excessive handling, rubbing, or pressing the balloons together, as this may cause damage or premature deflation. Keep balloons away from ceiling fans, vents, and other objects that could puncture or damage them. Outdoor use, especially in hot, humid, or windy conditions, may significantly reduce float time. Helium-filled latex balloons typically float for approximately 8–12 hours indoors, although actual float time may vary depending on environmental conditions and handling.
PRODUCT SAFETY: Helium-filled latex balloons are not toys and should be handled with care. Uninflated or broken balloons can pose a choking hazard, particularly to young children. Keep uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces out of reach of children. Adult supervision is recommended at all times. Discard broken balloons immediately. Keep balloon strings away from children's necks to prevent entanglement or strangulation. Do not release balloons outdoors. Latex balloons may also cause allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivities.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: Due to the personalized nature of this item, all sales are final after 24 hours of placing the order. You may contact us within the first 24 hours for a change or cancellation request. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned.

NOTE: Float times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual appearance and float duration may vary depending on handling, and environmental conditions.
