WPVC Team Warmup Shirt Personalization Service

Personalize your team’s warm-up shirts with a clean, collegiate-style design featuring Last Name (in caps), Jersey Number (up to two digits), and Graduation Year (yyyy format)-optional. The design is applied directly to each team-provided shirt for a professional, durable finish.

TEAM DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure smooth processing, each team must collectively gather all warm-up shirts—preferably unused—and place them in one labeled bag with the team name clearly marked. Each individual shirt must also be clearly labeled with the player’s name and last name to avoid any mix-ups. Please DO NOT remove the blue tape that comes with this information on the shirt. Shirts must be dropped off at the WPVC main office by December 10, 2025. 

IMPORTANT ORDERING AND PAYMENT DETAILS: This service is team-based, before placing your order, please check with your team parent or coach to confirm your team is participating and to understand how the personalization process will be handled. All parent's payments must be submitted by December 12th, 2025. Completed warm-up shirts will be delivered back to the WPVC office by January 8, 2026.

PERSONALIZATION: In the personalization box, please include your player’s last name, jersey number, and class year in the following format: UMPIERRE, 17, 2026.
If you are a team parent placing an order for the entire team, please list all players’ information separated by commas. Start with the class year, followed by the number of players, and then each last name + number.
Examples:
With class year -> Class of 2026 (3): UMPIERRE 17, LOPEZ 20, GOMEZ 5
Without class year -> Team (3): UMPIERRE 17, LOPEZ 20, GOMEZ 5

COLLEGE-COMMITTED PLAYERS: Players who have already committed to a college program may add their school logo for an additional fee. This service can also be purchased later in the season for players who commit mid-year and would like to add their college logo at that time.

NOTE: Personalization will begin once all players on the team have submitted their orders and all shirts have been received. Please make sure to select PICK UP at checkout to avoid any additional shipping fees.
